Experience the seconds of life

It's been quite a while since I've last updated this blog, but today I feel the need to write some lines about my time in Warsaw, Poland and the AIESEC YOU CAN! Conference...
it's the day after closing and people from the OC, which I was working in, start to pack their things, write some last lines for their sugar cubes and start to leave one by one. My first experience of making friends in only a few days most probably was during DO IT in Switzerland, but this time, after those incredible two weeks in this team of 13 people from all around the world, it's hard to accept that it's over and that we must leave each other towards completely different directions in this world.
All those individuals dedicated all their energy in the last weeks to make this conference the success it was, didn't sleep, worked hard for the delegates to feel comfortable, took responsability without the need and wish to get something back for all the time, all the work they invested.
I had high expectations for the upcoming weeks and all of them were highly fulfilled or even topped.
Once more I realized, that if people wokr together towards one common goal you can create an existance, that, without you, would not be part of this world. The whole conference, the seven days for around 200 people from 55 different countries, all gathered together at one place to gain knowledge and make friends, would simply not exist without the team of 13 people that took the responsability to create the reality of those seven days.
I have this strange feeling right now, that you have as a kid on sunday evenings, knowing that the freedom and excitement of the week-end soon will be replaced by the less exciting reality of the structured week and to be honest I am sad of leaving, I feel bad of loosing all the people to the less exciting reality of being seperated by hundreds of kilometers.
But what I take home with me is the experience of living the seconds of life, enjoying the beautiful details of existance and the sense of giving without taking but recieving something anyways.
Warsaw YOU CAN!
